Canclini White Luxury Seersucker Fabric

$135 $100

Description

Fabric Description

Not your father's preppy seersucker. This is lightweight, puckered goodness with a higher thread count and more silky feel than you've ever seen on a seersucker shirt. Instead of the more traditional blue stripe, we've gone for a white on white look that make for a really interesting, textured look. It wears so cool on the hottest days, yet works really well as a layering piece, too. Try it with a soft collar, cuff, and placket--if in doubt go for our Soft Ivy BD collar. This is a limited edition seasonal item from our friends at Canclini, so once it's sold out it won't be returning.

  • I love this fabric, even if it needs the right venue. Definitely not one I'd wear to the office - more like fancy yacht party. But if you have any fancy yacht parties to go to, this is where it's at.

September 2016  ·  Erik in Allen, TX

  • Would like to see a bit more opacity but one of the best textured seersucker shirts I've ever owned.

July 2016  ·  Steven in EL PASO, TX

  • paper white airy great shirt for the weekends.

July 2016  ·  Jimmy in SAN JOSE, CA

  • I took a flyer on this one. It will get a couple or three uses during the hot southern summer, but the pattern and degree of relief is not subtle. It doesn't come off the same as the seersucker that used to be more commonly worn.

  • Fabric is very bright white, almost has a sheen to it

June 2016  ·  William in New York, NY

  • Its more extreme than I had imagined. Its a little odd but still interesting

March 2016  ·  Kevin in Houston, TX

  • Couldn\'t ask for a better summer shirt. High quality seersucker gives a great textured effect, but subtle.

March 2016  ·  Max in Andover, MA

  • Looks crisp with texture. No need for press/iron, just wash it yourself and hang dry.

February 2016  ·  Timothy in New York, NY

  • Feels light and breathes with me.

January 2016  ·  michael in Highlands Ranch, CO

  • Not your typical white shirt, unorthodox to say the least.

January 2016  ·  Ashraf in North Bergen, NJ

  • It\'s a nice, lightweight fabric. Good for warm weather.

December 2015  ·  William in Brooklyn, NY

  • So cool! Fabric has a kind of stretchy, springy feel to it that\'s unique and I\'ve never seen another shirt like it.

December 2015  ·  George in Lutz, FL

  • Perhaps I did not read the instructions well, but I thought PC advised to take to dry cleaner to get laundered and pressed, and so I did... bad choice! The whole point behind this shirt is the pattern and texture. When I received it back from the dry cleaners, all of the shirts texture was \'pressed\' away! I hope it comes back after a few wears, but for the price, I would not order again.

December 2015  ·  Kaya in Oakland, MI

September 2015  ·  Brian in Whittier, CA

  • Very different! Feels like a shirt made of tissues!

August 2015  ·  Christopher in Tinton Falls, NJ

  • Awesome fabric- the most luxurious seersucker I have touched!

July 2015  ·  Eduardo in Mooresville, NC

  • Extremely comfortable summer fabric. Nice weight and not too thin or sheer. Only caution is that the seersucker texture is a bit more overt that most.

July 2015  ·  William in Mobile, AL

  • It was thinner and more see-through than I expected. The quality of the fabric itself is quite nice and I think the value itself is good. I guess I wasn\'t aware of how thin it would be compared to other white shirts.

July 2015  ·  Takuya in Westlake, OH

  • This is so crisp and white, I feel like Casper the ghost dressed in perfect cotton.

June 2015  ·  Scott in Elmhurst, IL

  • a little stretch and a little see through, but amazing and soft.

June 2015  ·  Adam in Westminster, CO

  • Incredibly unique fabric. Not like everyone else\'s seersucker. One of the lightest wearing fabrics I\'ve ever owned.

  • cool white shirt!
