How can we assist you?

We can accomodate group appointments, such as wedding parties and business events, but due to the size and staffing issues, we’ll need to arrange an appropriate time. The date/time you selected may not be available as an option, but we’ll contact you to arrange a time.

For help adjusting an existing size, we strongly recommend emailing fit photos to contact@propercloth.com in advance of your appointment.

What to Expect

When you come in, we can create or fine-tune your custom size, and you can browse our fabrics and styles, try on garments, and place an order. A typical fitting takes about 30 minutes. If you already have a Proper Cloth garment, please bring it along.

Covid Precautions

Our entire staff on-site is vaccinated, we’re regularly sanitizing and keeping the space clean, and ensuring everyone has ample room to spread out.

We are no longer requiring our guests to wear masks during their visits. We still encourage it for those who will feel more comfortable wearing them, and our staff are happy to accommodate any requests to wear a mask during an appointment.

If you are not feeling well on the day of your fitting appointment, we ask that you please stay home and reschedule for another date.
