By uploading photos to Proper Cloth, you hereby agree to the following:

  • You warrant that you are the sole owner, or have the rights to use, the photograph. You understand that Proper Cloth does not accept photos showing any faces. You hereby certify that the photo does not contain any individual’s face, including your own.
  • Your photograph will be collected and stored by Proper Cloth for the purpose of providing personalized clothing suggestions. By marking this box, you hereby consent to Proper Cloth's collection, use, and storage of your photograph for this purpose and pursuant to Proper Cloth’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Your photograph will not be disclosed by Proper Cloth without your consent, unless the disclosure is required by law or by valid legal subpoena. Your photograph and any related biometric data will be deleted from Proper Cloth's systems within a reasonable time after the end of your interactions with Proper Cloth, not to exceed 3 years from the date of your last interaction with Proper Cloth.
