“I've had many of the heavy oxfords and also tried the American pima and the lightweight Oxford. Those were all good, but I wish I had just spent all of that money on more TM oxfords. These are perfect for me!”

“Very nice fabric. Not sure it’s worth the premium over the other oxford fabrics. The texture is more visually interesting and the fabric is sleeker. Usually you don’t get both of those together.”

“Great material but does shrink much more than the counter-shrink adjustments, even if washed in cold water and hang dried. Aside from that the material is fantastic and a great light blue for an OCBD shirt.”

“This Thomas Mason oxford cloth is a nice medium weight. Its blue has a slight periwinkle hue (neither good nor bad) but a nice blue. I'd go more generous on my measurements next time (despite PC's claim to compensate for shrinkage). My 15.5" spec for my neck turned out to be 15" in real life.”

“The Thomas Mason premium Oxford fabric may be my all time favorite of Proper Cloth’s offerings. It’s a perfect weight (on the heavier side, but wearable throughout the year) with a bit of sheen that makes it look a bit classier than your normal preppy Oxford shirt. I have four shirts in this premium Oxford fabric, and I love them more and more with every wash, as they get a little softer each time through.”

“This fabric feels great and looks iconic. The shirt I ordered is probably the best one I got in my wardrobe. That said, if you're chasing that vintage Brooks feel, this isn't quite it. I've got an older BB OCBD from their defunct Country Club line, and it feels softer/thicker. PC's American Pima oxford feels closest to that and I believe it's due to the higher 80s thread count. That said, this 3-ply cotton fabric is astounding in its own right and means (with proper care) it's liable to outlast even those vintage Brooks shirts, which I believe typically ran with 2-ply.”
