“I'm a couple of washes and about ten wears in, and the shirt just keeps getting better. When it first arrived, the fabric was fairly rough with a slight sheen, but after a few washes it quickly settled into a soft, matte finish that's very comfortable to wear. The cloth is completely opaque, in a light, dusty blue; exactly what you'd expect from the classic colourway.
I picked it up for a more relaxed, Ivy-style OCBD, and the heavyweight fabric is perfect for that. It holds its shape beautifully, with a structured, slightly boxy drape. While it is prone to wrinkling, especially when tucking it in or rolling up the sleeves, the fabric tends to self-straighten as I wear it, with little to no need for ironing or steaming. The wrinkles also stay quite soft and look natural in a casual setting. Low-maintenance and easy to care for.”
