Fabric Description

We couldn't find the perfect light blue broadcloth anywhere, so we went to one of our favorite mills and made it. In incredibly smooth 120s 2-ply woven a bit thicker than most broadcloths on the market, which keeps it more wrinkle free and crisp throughout the day. We were very particular about getting the perfect light blue, and we love our this icey, pale shade came out. It's fees incredibly modern and cool, while still being an easy pick for the office. We love the way a spread collar looks with a fabric like this, especially our President Spread or even our Roma Cutaway (for those who don't mind being a bit more bold).

  • Perfect for work.

February 2017  ·  Joe in New York, NY

  • It's rather stiff broadcloth. I'd recommend giving yourself an extra .25" in the arms for a bit more comfort/mobility because there's no give/stretch to this material at all. The color, however, is spot on for businesswear and it's tough as nails. A shirt made from this one will last you years with regular upkeep.

December 2016  ·  Bryan in Princeton, MA

  • I've had shirts like this in the past but they do not even compare in quality to this fabric

November 2016  ·  Paul in SAN ANTONIO, TX

  • Nice sturdy thick-ish fabric, looks great freshly ironed, but wrinkles quite easily. I slightly prefer the softer, more wrinkle resistant Mercer fabric.

May 2016  ·  David in Bronx, NY

May 2016  ·  Nicholas in BOSTON, MA

April 2016  ·  Murray in St Kilda, VIC

  • This is a great shirt and I really like the color and opacity. Easy to iron out wrinkles and stays pretty fresh and straight throughout a long day at work

April 2016  ·  Edward in San Francisco, CA

  • smooth but a little stiff and thus prone to wrinkle.

  • fantastic site, great customization

March 2016  ·  rich in Needham, MA

  • This stuff is great. Only issue is the inside is a darker color than the outside, which means it looks a little weird when you roll up your sleeves. Otherwise great feel, easy to iron.

October 2015  ·  Adam in Berkeley, CA

October 2015  ·  Herwin in Brooklyn, NY

  • The materiel is thinner than described.

October 2015  ·  peter in Severna Park, MD

  • Will know better after a few wearing a but it has a nice hand and is a good weight.

October 2015  ·  John in New York, NY

  • It\'s an okay but not a great value. IMO it\'s slightly too thick and not soft enough. You can find comparable priced shirts from z Zegna, Eton, etc on sale that offer much much higher quality fabric.

October 2015  ·  James in ROCHESTER, NY

  • I like the Greenwich - it has a very luxurious feel and holds up throughout the day

September 2015  ·  Mike in Garden City, NY

  • Fabric is a great light blue

September 2015  ·  Bo in New York, NY

  • I love the color of PC\'s light blue broadcloth, which I feel is even lighter than it appears than shown on website and has a hint of light green, making it more vibrant than than a typical solid light blue shirt. However, I\'d prefer the Mercer (100s) to Greenwich (120s) which is a little bit too fine and dense to me, whereas Mercer\'s texture has more of a character and, secondarily, more breathability.

September 2015  ·  Chris in New York, NY

  • Excellent fabric; exactly what I was expecting.

September 2015  ·  Van in New Orleans, LA

September 2015  ·  Takuya in Westlake, OH

  • This is the definitive fabric for a light blue work shirt. A wardrobe staple is worth investing in and this is a quality fabric in the perfect shade with a great feel.

September 2015  ·  Michael in Manchester,

  • It wrinkles a little more easily than I\'d like it to. Even with that in mind, I still purchased it for a second time, mainly for its clean look and crisp feel

September 2015  ·  Dustin in Singapore, Singapore

  • The color was too light.

August 2015  ·  Bradley in Raleigh, NC

  • Excellent value for a broadcloth. Fabric has a great hand and appearance. Not very wrinkle resistant though.

August 2015  ·  Derek in Troy, NY

  • I chose this fabric after order several samples. I tend to prefer light shirts that allow me to breathe, yet formal. This fabric is soft and has a look of elegance.

August 2015  ·  Brian in CHARLESTON, SC

  • The texture of the fabric was thicker and held a wrinkle more than I thought it would. Really good for about one wear. Probably my fault for not reading enough into the description.

August 2015  ·  Adam in Little Rock, AR

  • Fabric met my expectations

August 2015  ·  John in Rome, GA

  • Beautiful shirt. Smooth, crisp, and well-fitting.
