An absolutely classic v-neck design that belongs in every closet. Designed with clean, narrow ribbing at the collar, cuffs, and hem. Warm and understated, this essential heathered slate cashmere sweater brings luxurious comfort to your everyday wardrobe.

We use very fine 15-micron yarns to ensure the longevity of your sweater. The yarns are also 37 millimeters in staple length, making it ultra-soft and durable. Todd & Duncan has been spinning the world’s finest cashmere since 1867, passing the complex knowledge of the fiber and its processes down through generations. Sustainably grown by nomadic farmers in Inner Mongolia, the fiber is spun and dyed in a heritage mill on the banks of Loch Leven, whose pure waters are responsible for the cashmere’s renowned softness and stunningly consistent dyes. Todd & Duncan takes great pride in producing yarns of impeccable quality and eco-friendliness.

“These V-neck cashmere sweaters are styled and sized for young, thin and athletic bodies, not for older, imperfect, stout forms and they are designed to use less cashmere by minimizing dimensions and thinner cashmere, more like a tee-shirt fabric. I returned my first two and they cheerfully credited my card, with no hard feelings. We of 40-inch waists and a little paunchy are not their market. If you don’t look like their models, these might not be for you and they certainly aren’t for winter warmth. This is the only product of theirs that I wouldn’t recommend, but shirts and jackets are magnificent!”
