“The collar doesn't retain its shape as it should. Maybe it's the wrinkle resistance process, but the collar rolls in the back instead of folding at the correct point. I'll be returning it. And if I ever order another wrinkle-free shirt, I'll make sure it's a button down, with a button in the back to hold the collar in the correct shape.”
