A hardy jacquard with a beautiful pattern inspired by Native American textiles.

This soft 20s single-ply twill is woven in Japan from 100% cotton. It has the sturdiness and comfort of well-worn denim, but with a refined, uniform texture and subtle weave. It’s not easy to achieve the level of detail in the patterns that play across this fabric—it requires a great deal of knowledge and expertise, and the Japanese mill we worked with executes it flawlessly. Thin stripes and zig-zags of white, navy, and gold on the deep red ground form a geometric pattern that recalls Native American textiles. It’s a fabric best suited to fall and winter in both weight and design, and it wears well it on its own or as a sophisticated overshirt.

Recommended Styling: You'll definitely want to design this one with soft details. Go full Western with our Soft Point collar, Western Flap pockets, Western Front placket, Soft Square Two Button cuff, and Snap buttons.

“This is a fabulous heavy duty fabric. It's a good candidate for an overshirt and can even serve as a shirt jacket. I machine wash per instructions, put in the dryer for 10 min on reg heat then air dry to nearly zero wrinkles.”
