A soft, rustic chambray woven in Japan.

This beautiful chambray is a prime example of incredible Japanese weaving expertise. Woven with an open 20s single-ply construction, this chambray is of medium weight yet is quite breathable. The finish is soft but almost linen-like in its dry feel despite being made from 100% cotton. A varied red color like this one is hard to find in a chambray fabric, and it's a wonderful choice for creating contrast and interest. Roll up the sleeves and layer it over a t-shirt, or tuck it into heavy 5-pocket pants.
