A vintage-inspired casual knit with an eternal-summer vibe.

This soft fabric is knitted from a premium cotton/poly blend that boasts the absorbent comfort terry cloth is famous for. Terry cloth is what your towels are made from—it has a special weave with tiny loops all over one side of the fabric. The pulling technique—”tirer” in French—that makes these loops gives terry fabric its name. Ours has a very low pile and an open knit that allows for extra breathability and a beautiful drape. Picture Sean Connery circa Goldfinger. Think easy poolside elegance, a bit of ’70s heat. If you’re not actually by the pool, pair this faded navy version with linen trousers or lightweight chinos.

Recommended Styling: Short sleeve is the way to go. Our Camp Collar will give it a retro vibe, while our Two-Button Polo front and Soft Franklin Spread collar give prep a bit of a funky edge. Either way, choose our Slate Horn buttons
