“I've lived in Japan, so I'm familiar with the concept of this fabric, although I never owned a shirt made of it until now. I mated it with a pale pink inner collar and cuffs, which really give the shirt an extra 'pop' against the charcoal and slate grey. If you've never experienced this type of fabric, it's similar to a double-faced fabric, but without the extra stiffness.
It does however, wrinkle like a Shar Pei! I suggest embracing the wrinkly nature (not unlike a linen), rather than trying to fight it. I'd also suggest a more casual fit, rather than a formal one, as it will lie better on the body.”

“These people have no idea how to cut this fabric to fit you, they will cut it 1" longer than your "custom" size and just HOPE it shrinks to the right one. Will update after 2nd round in wash if it actually fits then, but not hopeful, still ~ 1/2 inch too long in sleeves and length after first wash, plus super baggy in the back, can't even tuck it in, looks like it came off the rack.”

“The close up details are nice and I do like the color when looked up close, but when taken as a whole shirt, the subtlety of the fabric starts to get lost and it just looks very monochromatic and plain. Its comfortable and soft and I love the fabric, but the pattern / color ended up being a bit of a miss.”
