We worked closely with Canclini Tessile to develop this collection of luxurious Italian flannels, perfecting a soft, rich, brushed fabric that’s hardy yet comfortable enough to wear indoors. It’s buttery and dense yet breathable—perfect for both layering and wearing on its own. This shadow plaid features a combination of shades of faded navy and coral that create an eye-catching look with a modern edge. Canclini has been making some of the world’s best fabrics just outside of Lake Como, Italy, since 1925, and nobody weaves flannels like this as well as they do. You'll never want to take it off.

Recommended Styling: Go with our Soft Franklin Spread collar, Soft Front placket, Angled pocket, and Slate Horn buttons for a classic casual look.

“The fabric is very soft and moderately heavy, just as expected. It doesn't show any wrinkle and feels smooth on the skin. The color and pattern looks exactly like in the picture, so I am very satisfied. I plan to wear it over a white t-shirt or directly on the skin. This was my first order (and surely won't be my last!) and the fit is very good, except I probably got the neck measurement a bit too tight. Not a big deal since I won't ever button the neck. Very recommended!”
