“The faded black color of this shirt is fantastic. Even straight out of the package it looks like it's already been broken in. It's a very soft denim, which makes it nice to wear against the skin. The downside is that because it is soft and relatively lightweight, it doesn't work quite as well as an overshirt / outer layer.”

“Thought this would be more black, but it makes since being pre-washed. At any rate, the dark grey is gorgeous. If I had one other "complaint", I'd say it's the weight. When it comes to denim that I wear casually, I want it heavier and stiffer. Still an incredible fabric, one of my favorites.”

“The ideal denim weight for a shirt fabric is subjective. For me, this weight is just right for the style I specified - a western pearl snap shirt that can be tucked without a lot of bulk. The shade of black (think faded to a dark charcoal grey) and slub texture is just right.”
