We couldn't resist this one. The incredibly intricate Ikat-inspired print is taken to the next level thanks to the indigo dye. While the pattern at first seems like it will wear bold, the low contrast coloring allows it to be surprisingly wearable and the naturally inconsistent fading of the blue ground adds so much depth. The 70s single ply fabric is really lightweight, so it works nicely all year long. The fabric starts as a dark indigo before it's washed down to this faded blue shade using a light bleaching process. It's this process that gives the shirt its unique fading around the seams. While garment washed indigo shirts are a popular product in the ready-to-wear market, they haven't previously been available in a custom fit or design due to the bulk production required for the washing process. We've worked closely with our suppliers to offer the first truly custom garment washed indigo shirts on the market, allowing such a great style to be produced in your custom size.
