I could not be happier. I have an odd body size/shape and off the rack never fits. I can get close with arm length or shirt length but never both on the same shirt nor can I ever get a collar that is big enough. So, custom made shirts were my only option. I don’t have a lot of bespoke shops near me so online was the obvious choice. I then discovered Proper Cloth and the entire experience has been amazing. I followed the instructions for measurements but when I got my first shirt the fit was still not right. They have a service where you can upload the photos of you wearing the shirt and they make recommendations on fit. This was perfect as the new adjustments fit exactly how I wanted. There was NO CHARGE to return the bad shirt (they all come with a return label) and the new shirt came quickly. 100% will buy all my formal dress shirts from here.

Stellar experience from ordering to customer support to product quality. Size and material details on the site are easy to understand and well organized. The suits we ordered were exactly the right fit the first time around. We wanted options and now can’t decide which to keep! Customer support is super quick to respond and very informative. Shipping takes time but it’s absolutely worth the wait. The suits we ordered are for our wedding, so it means a lot that this was an overall great experience. We are so happy to have found Proper Cloth and will definitely be ordering from here again.

Great but having bought around 30-40 shirts I am now feeling like I have limited choice to buy new ones...PC needs to expand their range of custom designed fabrics. I am also disappointed that having written many feedback comments and suggestions, I never get a reply back so it feels like this exercise in trying to help PC is slightly pointless.
