If you spend some time with a tape measure to take measurements off existing clothing or body measurements, the fit and finish is top notch. Time expectations for shipping are clearly conveyed. Ordering made to measure clothing does take a bit of time, so adjust your expectations and you'll be happy with the results.

The experience was good overall, I am most pleased with the fit & quality of the work & fabrics. My last shirt is the only one that the fabric was not to my total satisfaction but that’s on me. In the future if in doubt I will order samples before hand.

Would recommend bringing in a garment or cloth so you can show the sales associate an example of a good fit on your body. Bonus points if it's another Proper Cloth piece!
