I’ve been with Propercloth for more than 12 years. I’ve been ordering so many dress shirts, especially this is my 14th white color twill fabric. I am very disappointed. Not only the French cuffs aren’t evenly but up & down like a bridge but also fabric isn’t its famous twill white like my previous 13 pieces white color. I think they need to work on quality control …

Great experience. I first tried Proper Cloth a few years ago. After two shirts, I didn’t feel that the fit was fully dialed in and the shirts I got out of it were very prone to wrinkling. I decided to take another look at Proper Cloth based on recent reviews by top clothing magazines. My experience this time around has been completely different. They have worked with me to get an exceptional fit. And the selection of fabrics is fantastic! I don’t see myself going back to off-the-shelf dress shirts again.

Fantastic fabric and excellent styling. My only regret is not listening to the in-store stylist who suggested I order an untucked version -- the tucked version ended up being slightly longer than I was envisioning.

I had a fantastic experience. My biggest advice for new customers is to engage in a free flow of conversation: take any advice your stylist gives you into account, and be communicative about what you like or don't like back to them, for everything from fit to style.
