I had a problem with the first shirt. Proper cloth remade it just a tad larger in the collar and cuffs at no charge. Now I have the perfectly fitting shirt I wanted. I will me keeping that set of measurements and ordering more,

The process is straightforward and logical. I know a lot about my shirt preferences, so I know what I'm looking for. The process might be slightly daunting for first time buyers of quality shirts. There are variables that I did not know were variables at first. But once you get the hang of it, it is quite logical. I am quite pleased with the end result.

Ordered a custom tuxedo. Received it later than promised. Literally the day before I had to leave for the event. Checking status with proper cloth was a waste of time. I was told if I don’t receive it on time that I could return for full credit. How is that helpful?. It would leave me without a tuxedo a day before the wedding travel. When it arrived, The jacket fit was terrible, unwearable. I took an older tuxedo to the event that actually fit better from 10 years ago. This is the 2nd custom suit I got from proper cloth in the last six months that had to be remade even though the measurements were correct. I also got a custom blazer that had a defect in the coloring which I wore once. Needless to say I’m a very disappointed customer.
