Very positive. I received a shirt that fit well and can be used as a model for future purposes. Your videos that illustrate how to measure the shirt and what the measurement mean is very helpful. Otherwise the website is quite smooth. Allowing a remake is a nice touch as well.

I have ordered several shirts from you in the past. Those were all 8 button configurations, which fit perfectly. For some reason you switched to 7 buttons and the problem with that is the bottom button falls on my belt line which causes the shirt to bunch at my waist. Can I request and 8 button configuration for any future orders?

Maybe in-person appointments are better, but the fit advice back and forth over the email is not good at all. I have been advice to change my dimensions back to the ones that I've tried before and knew they won't work. It doesn't seem like whoever does these assessments has really taken the time to figure out what's wrong with the fit and just threw out some pre-packaged responses.

Lots of options for customization which is appreciated. Delivered earlier than said date wich was great. Only conplaint is the use of FedEx as shipping because its not very established in sweden so was a little bit anxius about the delivery, but the delivery did go well

I have been deling with Proper cloth for many years and have been very happy with the selection of materials and with the construction /fit of the shirts/pants I have ordered. It does seem like in the past few years sizing of ordered items doesn't remain consistant.

Everytime I order a Proper Cloth shirt, it fits perfectly right out of the box. This fabric has great texture and subtle colors...I've never seen anything like it at a bricks/mortar store.
