Very good ordering experience as always. However, they changed the Milano button without notice and I really don't like the new design. Really wish they would've made such a large change more obvious.

The only issue I have with the website (was looking in the dress shirt selection) is that there was significant redundancy in the photos. That is, as you page through the selections, you would see the same shirts.

Proper Cloth replaced a shirt that I had ordered about 8 months ago because a button hole split, which was not expected. They always take care of their customers and back their products!

Everything was great, the sleeves were slightly shorter than I wanted but that particular shirt I’ll mostly have them rolled up anyway but I’ll Make the next an inch longer

The site is a bit difficult to navigate and required me to go back and forth to access measuring video instructions and then list the measurements. I ended up measuring 3 shirts and came within 95% of what I wanted. Not so easy to take your own measurements and have a final product that is 100%

Selection, fabrics, overall service great. Measurements are a mess - proper cloth would have huge savings over time if it employed one professional tailor per store. Customer service generally though is outstanding.

Ordering is always so seamless and my shirts arrive with a perfect fit, all the thoughtful design details I love, and no unnecessary packaging. I've really been enjoying the XL pocket on my ivy-style shirts - it's big enough for my average-sized phone which is a rare treat. Please never change, PC!
