The smart size was a good start, but the personal fit advice adjustments gave me the best fitting shirt I've ever put on. I'm looking forward to getting more wear time, and shopping for more pieces like it! Maybe I will even build a custom shirt.

The cuffs on the remake are the exact same size - too tight to close. This is the third remake and the cuff size issue has not been fixed on any remake. I'm giving up.

I'm sticking with Proper Cloth for my shirting. I weight lift and find most off-the-rack shirts don't fit me correctly, so made to measure is a good option, and I appreciate the coherent results I've achieved with my Proper Cloth orders so far.

The customer service was confusing and not helpful at all. The last shirt they sent is so cheap it will only last two wears. The material is so cheap and thin. For the price I will much rather go to another custom shirt company.

I had a problem with the first shirt. Proper cloth remade it just a tad larger in the collar and cuffs at no charge. Now I have the perfectly fitting shirt I wanted. I will me keeping that set of measurements and ordering more,
