Ordered a shirt as I have done in the past. Never got the shirt. Never knew where it was , but I knew that Proper Cloth took my money. I called Proper Cloth and your representative knew I did not receive the shirt , but she had no idea why I did not receive the shirt. I had to cancel and get my money back. Not a good Proper Cloth.

Ordered two identical shirts in different fabrics/colors. Fit is workable but significantly different. Even the collars are a noticably different size. Poor consistency seems to be a trend.

It took me a little while to dial in my fit but I have it now and Proper Cloth was super helpful and accommodating in getting there. I love the variety of fabrics and products and the shipping is remarkably quick.

Generally very good. Fabric descriptions and choices are very helpful. Sizing is a bit difficult to figure out but manageable.

I have bought over twenty shirts from Proper Cloth over the years. In fact, all my long sleeve button up shirts are from Proper Cloth today. I like the ability to choose the fabric, the buttons, and all the little details about my shirt - and most importantly the exact fit of my shirt, at a fairly reasonable price, depending on the fabric. I placed some seven separate orders over those years and every order was delivered fairly fast, always within the promised time frame, and the quality was above expectations. My only criticism is that Proper Cloth does not offer any shirts made in America. Having said that, I intend to continue being a customer for the foreseeable future.
