Great experience! My first shirt didn't fit quite right after washing (the sleeves shrunk more than I expected). I sent in some photos to get fit advice and we tweaked the shirt dimensions. It fits great now.

I ordered two shirts in the washed linen, one button-down and the other spread-collared, and both were beautifully constructed. The fabric though was amazing. I’ve never had shirts in such a thick and luxuriously soft linen before. I have others in my cart.

There were limitations with the sizing, ultimately, I was told if I wanted to increase the chest size, I had to increase sleeve width, now the chest fits well but the sleeve is too wide

Great shirts! Fabrics are very high quality and styling is perfect. Having the ability to custom-fit everything is tremendous to fine-tune shirts to exactly my preferences. Best of all, when I want advice or need to make adjustments I always have expert advice and guidance available from a stellar customer support crew. I am a big Proper Cloth fan/customer. I wear an odd size, 16.5 x 32, so it is nice to have a go to shirting source. Their selection is excellent. Their fabrics are excellent. Their sizing is excellent.

Customer service is second to none. I love that I can call someone located in the US and they are empowered to assist me directly. I love that we can make adjustments to sizes and orders live. Streamlines the whole process. Fantastic. Have never had a bad experience with Proper Cloth customer service. Maybe the best retailer customer service I have ever had.
