I think the sizing tool is remarkably accurate - much better than some online vendors I've used in the past. I have found the manufacturing shirt-to-shirt isn't identical, but it's close enough to not raise a stink. Kudos to the team for putting together a solution for folks who have a really tough time buying off-the-rack shirts that fit they way they want them to!
