I ordered two shirts from PC. After a remake the first shirt fit fine and I wear it often. The second shirt did not fit, initially and the remade fit was worse (which I do not understand). This shirt is unwearable, so I spent ~ $ 130 for a shirt I cannot wear. I love the quality of the shirts. The order/fit/refit process does nor work if you have a muscular/fit build.

I've been a customer at Proper Cloth for many years and have purchased dozens of shifts. Overall have had a great experience and have found the company to be understanding when it comes to returns. I've been happy with the shirt quality and fit. There have been some challenges over the years - for example, the quality of the fabric on the polo shirts has not been the best and has pilled significantly, and some of the long sleeve dress shirts have shrunk considerably after a few years of yse.

These wool shirts have recently gone up significantly in price, I love the material and the fit, I was a bit surprised that at this price point, so many wild threads across both shirts, were not removed. I have come to love proper cloth but these last two shirts, at this price point, should have a higher standard before shipping them, I do not expect to have to cut random threads on my high end shirts.

Great customer service: quick and clear responses to questions. American Pima Light Blue Oxford Cloth was definitely the correct choice, fantastic fabric. Fit is great overall. Only concern with fit is the cuff. I decreased even further and it’s still a little too big.

Great experience! My first shirt didn't fit quite right after washing (the sleeves shrunk more than I expected). I sent in some photos to get fit advice and we tweaked the shirt dimensions. It fits great now.

I ordered two shirts in the washed linen, one button-down and the other spread-collared, and both were beautifully constructed. The fabric though was amazing. I’ve never had shirts in such a thick and luxuriously soft linen before. I have others in my cart.
