The order did not meet my specification as described in my profile. My profile indicates 2 pockets with button down flaps. 1 pocket woth no flap received. When i contacyed cutomer service on 5/2/25, the representative was not helpful at all. I requested a replacement and after some time the rep sai a replacement would be provided. His behavior was unprofessional and totally inconsistent with your company’s mission of quality, professionalism and integrity. Very disapointed as a longtime client.

Be sure of your size and double check the suggestions from the fit recommendations. I’ve had many bad recommendations and each time it was counted against me. It took four tries on my very first shirt - each counted against me to limit future remakes. Smart sizes are not very close or reliable. Find a good fitting shirt and measure it yourself - that’s your best bet. Otherwise it will take a few tries to get your size right. And each fabric fits differently so adjustments will be needed. Good luck! Once you finally get a good fit, they really are nice shirts. Just takes a while and can be a bit frustrating.

This shirt fabric is terrible. Both were snagged upon arrival, they breathe very poorly, trapping body heat in a plastic-like feel and they aren’t of good quality. For what I’ve typically ordered from proper cloth, these shirts are a hard pass.

The difference between off-the-rack and Proper Cloth is night and day. My wardrobe is mostly their shirts, oldest one is from 6 years ago and still looks great!

The ordering process was simple and easy. One of the two shirts in my order arrived with a slight deviation from what I had input (with an eight-button front instead of a seven-button front), and customer service rectified the problem immediately and had the shirt remade correctly. It was in-hand within 10 days. Fantastic.
