The fabric, fit, and ordering experience were great. Customization options were also amazing however, one area which was lacking was the ability to further customize the measurements of the collar. The existing collar customization only allows preset collar heights and not manual measurements for collar heights and collar points.

Great service as always. My only bug is that returns (in the UK) are now very difficult as PC have started using the EZI returns platform which has very low adoption/availability, at least in London.

The shirts are excellent. I made a very slight adjustment to my custom measurements to accommodate an changed gym routine, and the result is the perfect fit, again! Make sure to check the weight of the fabric that you choose to ensure the exact look and and feel that you are after. Highly recommend.

While the fabric is handsome, it was not a true no-iron. I exchanged it for a true no-iron; customer service was very easy to deal with.

Unlike previous products the shirts were absolutely terrible and unwearable even after several changes. I think you are going to need a $500 shirt to keep up with quality.

Sales person for a remake fitting was rather rude telling me I’ve had too many remakes despite all the issues being caused by proper cloth. Amusingly, this was the first time I was not able to rate the sales person post an appointment. Clearly he knew he was being rude and unprofessional.
