Remake Requested – How to Return the Original Item

Per our Return and Remake Policy, customers must agree to send back the original custom garment when a remake is provided.

Tips

  • Submit a Return Request through your Proper Cloth account, detailing the appropriate reason for the return and choosing ‘Complimentary Remake’ as the desired resolution.
  • Please use the prepaid return shipping label included in the packaging of your original custom order shipment.
  • If you’re reusing the box your Proper Cloth order arrived in, be sure to either remove the original postage label or apply the label on top of the original.
  • No worries if the item has been worn once or twice.
  • Send the item back within 30 days of your remake order date.
  • If your order didn’t arrive with a return shipping label, or you need a new one, please select “I need a new return shipping label” in the Return Request process.
