Jacket Button Stance Options

Button stance measures the placement of the buttons on the front of a jacket. The Standard placement should work well for most people, but it can be changed relative to your preferences or torso length if desired. We offer five different options: Lower 1″, Lower 1/2”, Standard, Raise 1/2″, Raise 1”.

  • Selecting Lower 1″ lowers the buttons on the front of the jacket by 1″ from our Standard position.
  • Selecting Lower 1/2″ lowers the buttons on the front of the jacket by 1/2″ from our Standard position.
  • Standard is the default setting. This automatically centers the buttons around the break point and midsection of the jacket.
  • Selecting Raise 1/2″ raises the buttons on the front of the jacket by 1/2″ from our Standard position.
  • Selecting Raise 1″ raises the buttons on the front of the jacket by 1″ from our Standard position.

Note: If there is more than one button on the front of the jacket, they will move as a group when the stance is changed. The space between them will remain the same.
