How to Report a Potential Quality Issue

Submit a Return Request

To inform Proper Cloth of a potential quality issue, follow these steps:

  • Start a new Return Request through your Proper Cloth account.
  • Click + New Return
  • Select the item for which you wish to report a quality issue
  • Select the appropriate reasons for returning the item (Damaged, Something Else, etc.)
  • Upload a photo of the affected area of the garment.
  • Upload a photo of the white ID tag sewn into the garment. Additional photos are welcome if they help to highlight the nature of the suspected problem.
  • Select the desired resolution (Complimentary Remake, Store Credit, etc.)
  • Select whether you need a return shipping label or not (included with all eligible US-orders without eco-friendly packaging requested)
  • Click Submit Return to complete your request
  • Our Customer Experience Team will follow-up with the resolution and next steps soon.
