Everything about my shirt was fantastic, really the only flaw I can find is in the measurements I put in aren't perfect but that's on me. Proper Cloth made the shirt exactly how I specified and it really is one of my best fitting shirts. I was also pleasantly surprised by how nice the fabric was, it's really high quality stuff! I'll definitely be ordering from Proper Cloth again.

Fabric is really good, exceptional collection for shirt fabrics. I visited the NYC store in person two times, I had a very good experience both the time. They explained everything very clearly and helped me to achieve my perfect fit. I am glad that I'm now sized properly for both shirt and trousers. I can now order online without any worrying about the size and fit.

It was harder to find my fit than I anticipated, but PCs recommendations were super helpful. The returns and remakes were easy as could be. I did not expect a shoulder measurement to be included in a sleeve measurement. This created a wasted shirt. This seems like something that would happen a lot. While you do include the information if you go looking for it on how to measure for sleeves. It would be helpful to have a diagram of the measurement next to the selection for the measurement. Or a link displayed instead of having to randomly click on words and find out that it does provide a description of the measurement.
