We’ve always loved the incredible fisherman sweaters that come from Ireland's Aran Islands, and this is our modern take on the crew neck version. The Aran cable knit pattern is distinct yet easy to wear, and the yarns themselves are beautifully saturated for a deep solid navy. Made entirely in Italy, these sweaters are expertly crafted at a 60-year-old factory in Tuscany using an incredibly soft wool and cashmere yarn from Biagioli Modesto.

Biagioli Modesto Wool & Cashmere Blend
We use only the finest quality yarns from the renowned Italian wool spinners Biagioli Modesto. The 70% superfine lambswool and 30% cashmere blend is sturdy yet impressively soft, and the speckled donegal yarn produces a beautiful heathered effect. The sweater wears comfortably warm and will only improve over time.
