How do I create a custom size?
To get really exact you can follow our videos and enter your body measurements or measure a shirt you like, but you can also just answer our easy smart sizes survey and we’ll create a custom size based on your answers. Don't over-stress about getting the size wrong - we provide complimentary alterations on the first shirt. |

What if my first shirt doesn’t fit?
No problem! :)
Getting the perfect custom fit can be tricky - so if your first shirt doesn’t fit exactly how you want, no worries - consider it a test shirt - and it will be the reference point we’ll use to adjust for your next shirt.
Our experienced team is standing by to answer your questions and help you get the size right. Of course, if you’re in New York you can visit us in person, but most adjustments can easily be sorted out via email or phone. Simply call or email us and let us know what the problem is. Based on the fit of the first shirt we’ll determine a new size for you (usually something like 1” longer in the sleeves, 1/4” looser in the collar, 0.5” narrower in the midsection, etc.) |
