My advice would be to not be shy about remakes. I bought a few shirts in a row 'dialing it in', so now I have a series of shirts with fits ranging from decent to great, instead of a closet full of shirts that are all perfect. I should have just had the first shirt or two remade and then ordered a few more in the exact same fit.

I love the website and only deduct one star for the difficulty in verifying the differences in a shirt "lookbook" recommendation vs. my usual tailoring profile. When ordering from a lookbook promotion using one of my default tailoring profiles, my order will include tailoring options carried over from the lookbook. So a chest pocket might be omitted or an unusual collar height applied. I understand that the lookbook offers both a style and fabric but some of these details I would change if I could easily see what changes, to my tailoring profile, were being applied.
