Subalpino Beige Tie Dye Stretch Seersucker Fabric

Description

Fabric Description

A unique seersucker fabric for summer.

This luxe seersucker fabric is made from a breathable 97% cotton/3% elastane blend from Italy’s Subalpino. The seersucker texture is a unique one—more organic and irregular than the striped versions we usually see. It has nice structure for a lightweight and breathable fabric which gives it a little extra versatility. This beige tie-dye is a more subdued way to do the trend this season. Try it as an overshirt with double chest pockets, or as a short-sleeve Camp shirt. It pairs best with jeans, chinos, and shorts, sneakers, sandals, and espadrilles.

Recommended Styling: Try a Camp collar and front with Natural Corozo buttons. We like it best as a short-sleeve shirt.

  • Not a big fan of seersucker but this was such a different take I had to try it. The elastic component really makes smoothing it out after washing much easier. It moves well and the smaller "grained" dimpling is more comfortable to me than traditional seersucker. The camo pattern is very understated. You don't feel like the shirt's only proper use would be for duck hunting.

  • Very interesting fabric. Stretchy but stiff. Very comfortable but very unique.
