A silky, lightweight seersucker for the hottest months of the year.

This fantastically soft 80s single-ply cotton seersucker from Canclini has wonderful texture and dimension. The classic “stripes” of puckering have very closely undulating waves, giving the fabric an additional dimpled effect. Widely worn in the hot, muggy South, seersucker’s special uneven puckering gives it less surface area contact with the skin, increasing airflow under the shirt and allowing heat to dissipate more quickly. This bright white one is a great option that can easily replace a broadcloth in your summer ensembles. Wear it as a sophisticated casual shirt on the weekend, but don’t hesitate to try it with your summer-weight suits or sport coats.

Recommended Styling: A Soft President Spread or Colorado Button Down collar are classic styles that never fail. We like to design our seersuckers with no placket to give the texture center stage. Note that due to the special nature of seersucker fabrics, they can only be made using soft, unfused collars, cuffs, and fronts/plackets.
