1. Overview

In order to optimize your user experience and our marketing initiatives, we use a variety of cookies on https://propercloth.com (the “Site”) and third-party sites. This page will explain what cookies we use and for what purpose, and provide instructions for you how you can opt-out of, or disable certain cookies.

2. What are Cookies?

We load most third-party tags on our Site through Google Tag Manager, a tag-management tool that itself does not collect Personal Information but controls when the tags listed in Section 5 fire.

3.1 Essential Cookies:

Some of the cookies on our Site are essential for us to provide you with a service you have requested. 3.2 Website Functionality Cookies

3.3 Website Analytics Cookies

These are analytics and research cookies that allow us to count visits and measure traffic, so we can measure and improve the performance of our Site. They also help us understand how you use our product search. This helps us to improve our Site and improve user shopping experience. 4.2 Global Privacy Control. We honor Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals where legally required. GPC is a browser setting or extension that tells each website you visit that you do not want your Personal Information sold or shared. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information through advertising cookies. 4.3 Opting out of sale or sharing. You may also opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information through advertising cookies by emailing privacy@propercloth.com. See Section 10 of our Privacy Policy for details.

4.4 Industry opt-out tools. Many of the advertising partners listed in Section 5 participate in industry opt-out programs. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at https://optout.aboutads.info (Digital Advertising Alliance), https://optout.networkadvertising.org (Network Advertising Initiative) and, in Europe, https://www.youronlinechoices.eu. These tools set an opt-out cookie, so if you clear your cookies you will need to opt out again.

Please note that our Site cannot always control third-party cookies stored on your machine from our Site and that setting your cookie preferences with us will not stop those third-party cookies from being stored on your machine.
