Just in case, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the way your first Proper Cloth shirt fits, you can simply request changes to the size and we'll send you a new one.
Because the truth is, it's practically impossible to find a properly fitted dress shirt in the store. And getting the perfect fit online may sometimes require a bit of adjustment.
How Does the Perfect Fit Guarantee Work?
Well, it's pretty simple.
Step 1: You order a shirt.
Step 2: We make that shirt for you and send it to you in about 2-3 weeks.
Step 3: You try that shirt on and decide if it fits.
Step 4: You decide if the shirt fits. If it fits, keep it and skip straight to step 8. If it doesn't fit, go to step 5.
Step 5: If something doesn't fit, we will ask your help to figure out what's wrong. Come up with your wish list of changes. Ex: lengthen the sleeves 0.5", and narrow the midsection 2". We can accommodate any alteration (magic) - smaller or bigger - it's up to you. If you're not sure what to change, call us, email us, send us pictures. We will do whatever it takes to get you the perfect tailored dress shirt.
Step 6: Send the shirt back to us.
Step 7: We make it perfect and send it back to you.
Step 8: You wear it the next day, look awesome, get a promotion, get the girl and live happily ever after.
