Japanese Red Donegal Tartan Fabric

Description

Fabric Description

A totally unique take on a classic holiday pattern. This red tartan is made with donegal specks running throughout, which really up the ante as far as texture goes. You won't notice the texture from a distance, but the closer you get the more apparent and interesting the shirt will become. Definitely best paired with a casual collar like the Soft Ivy BD or Soft President Spread--don't forget the soft placket and cuffs, too!

  • Fabric has a really nice texture to it. Gives you that classic fall lumberjack type plaid look but in a lightweight material. It has a little grainer texture on the exterior but on the body it's super comfortable and have never had any issues with agitation or anything. Highly recommend!

  • This donegal weave has a bit of texture to it. It makes for an interesting casual shirt. It irons fairly easily. Just be sure to add an extra inch to the length because it does shrink.

  • Got this because I liked the donegal; it\'s very nice besides that unique touch. Soft but sharp. Not quite breathable enough to wear on a hot summer day, but lighter than I expected.
